Staring at the sun....

Ok, I admitt it, it's a very gloomy day outside, but as I am listening to Jason Aldean' s wonderful song:
I had such a feeling of summer-craving, that I just couldn't help but "lie" a bit about the staring part (well, a bit more...).....But who doesn't love bathing his/her face in the warm sunbeams after such a long and cold winter? I would, for shure, and right now! Too bad all I see outside my window is fog!
It's somehow curious that fog doesn't make me lethargic, on the contrary, it inspires me alot! Am I not a strange bird????
Anyhow, what do you think is on my mind when thinking about sunshine and sun and summer???
...my little old home at Racasdia, of course!!! Here is my inner court, with the wine trees and the flowers, and
my flower-crowned Pinky! whom I miss sooooo much! and here I was in front of my house, dressed in my hello kitty pajamas:
Don't worry, I wasn't driving my bike dressed like that through the village, I was just taking it out of my neighbour's court very early in the morning and I didn't get the chance to change! That house with the white door is my precious! My sanctuary!
And here is my wild garden:
These photos were taken this past summer, when I was with Blondi at Raca for a week, and we also visited a monastery nearby, and strolled happily through the neighbouring woods:

Oh how happy we were! I trully hope we can do this again! We were trully staring at the sun:
...and what a glorious sight it was!
...and here's the view down below that wonderful canopy:
We were basking in the sun, breathing in the wonderfully fresh and pure air:
...and running like crazy goats on the grass, and laughing, and singing!!

Oh I must admitt I terribly miss my darling home:

...here Blondi used her artistic talent...normally the fountain is straight!
 ..and my beautiful flowers...
....and my garden, with its wonderful inhabitants:
Have you had enough? I for once can never get enough of fresh air, beautiful grass, trees, flowers, animals:

...even though Pinky was not that nice anymore after I've finished "styling" him.....poor dog....
...do I detect a malicious grin on Bagy's face??
....oh, here she is doing exactly what I would love to do right now:
see the sunbeam?
If somehow it is not clear what we were up to for a whole week, believe me, if we had more time, we would have stayed longer...as we can never get bored of that air....nor the freedom, nor the joy...nor the distractions....
(p.s. I don't smoke!) as I once said, old habits die hard, we adore having Champagne for breakfast! (and for lunch and dinner for that matter....) Especially Jacqueline!

And in the end here's how the moon looks like from Raca (you should see the stars, millions of them!):

...and if in any doubt about those shades, those are we, the two "brujas", dancing and singing at the moon:
...p.s. I'm the pinky one...

That would be all, I don't want to make you wish for summer any longer, as here in Timisoara the fog is getting thicker....
Thank you so much for stopping by! Bisous!!!

New riding boots....

As Valentine's is very close, and I was talking and talking and talking about riding boots (my feet froze on sunday!) mr. M took me for a short shppping spree last night, as soon as I got home from work.
And this is how we ended up almost an hour in our Decathlon shop, which has become for some time now my most favourite shop. We spent so much time because I couldn't decide weather to buy the black ones which were size 35 or the brown ones which are 36 ; as I am somewhere inbetween...
I ended up taking these beauties home:

...and as you can see Eisi was extremly curious about them....they even have small horse shoes on the sole!
...and they are handmade in Romania, by Fouganza. My riding pants

are from the same mark, and I could see that all riding apparel from Decathlon is by the same manufacturer. I don't know about other articles, but my pants are really comfy...have I told you I've received them as a Christmas gift? from Aura & Tunde???

They are leather inside and out, except the lateral elastic band, and being very comfy I am going to wear them even for other ocasions than just riding!
Here are some more interesting photos with Mary & me:
it's obvious she would not go the way I wanted her to, but as compared to the first time, she listened! and I was sooooo proud of myself and of her of course!
And here are some funny faces:
Jackie looking kinda' stupid...but in a good way!

little beggar...

close...

closer.....

gotcha!
Jackie helping M with his essays...
And I just had to post this adorable photo made by our artistically-inspired friend:
...taken somewhere at Herneacova.

That would be all for today, as I've gotta run, but not before thanking you so much for dropping by!
Bisous!

What to do on a cold Sunday....

especially if you are not afraid of the cold outside, and have no sleep, you should get up a 7.45, invite a friend over for coffee, drink it and meet with another friend, then all go to Herneacova for a ride....
I appologize if my blog is kind of boring with all the same kind of photos, but trully horse riding is my only gratification after a hard week of work and Herneacova is right now my only escape.
I got to ride Mary again!

 ...and was rewarded for it...

...but of course she wouldn't trot! Or I couldn't make her....but still I had some degree of satisfaction, as I somehow managed to make her go everywhere I wanted her to! And I was so happy about it! Until now she would go only where she wanted, but today I succeeded in making her listen to my commands!
I would have loved it to be able to trot, but she would do it only without the cord, and I am still not that good at riding as to do it alone. But I will have to make it sometimes, so I must swallow my fear and break the ice!
Because she wouldn't trot, one of the trainers took her for a quick spin, and made her. We were all enchanted by the exhibition of full power going on in there, we were sitting at the door and watching him how he was making huge Mary understand who's the boss. Excellent! He's my new hero! Here he is explaining her how things work....
..and the result...
 ...full trotting power....
.... too bad the pictures don't really show what power was behind this exercise...
...because here she is making exactly what she was supposed to do...
She's truly a beauty, no?
As for me, I have to help Mr. M make some essays so this would be all for today, but not before showing off with some more nice photos made by Arthur:
crazy stalker Jackie
pretending to be indifferent
would you please leave me be?
huuuuge a.....behind....
cat nap

softest cat alive....
cat modelling

picture perfect!
And I couldn't help myself and just have to post these:
....as predicted, Baby is already much to big to be comfortably held in my arms.....still she wouldn't give up easily!
I wish you all a happy Sunday afternoon and hope you enjoyed my photos!
Thank you for reading and bisous!!!!
